Als Account Director (all genders) bist du der Bereichsleitung direkt unterstellt, baust in deinem Bereich Bestands- und Neukund*innen aktiv aus und entwickelst nicht nur deinen Account, sondern auch dich selbst und deine Mitarbeitenden weiter. Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Packaging oder Printmedien und deinem Know-how im Bereich der Food-, Beverage-, Beauty- & Lifestyle-Marken hast du ein gutes Gespür für das Potenzial von Kreativideen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund*innen und dem Team
Du bist Hauptansprechpartner*in für einen festen Kundenstamm und verantwortest diesen
Du führst, entwickelst und motivierst dein eigenes Team, bestehend aus Senioren und Junioren
Du sorgst für ein eigenständiges Qualitäts- und Kostenmanagement sowie eine stetige Prüfung laufender Projekte und Arbeitsprozesse
Du pflegst einen engen und vertrauensvollen Umgang mit deinen Kund*innen und setzt Impulse zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung (z.B. in einer Print-orientierten Agentur oder unternehmensseitig in der Marketingabteilung)
Du hast ein Verständnis für klassisch-analoge Printprozesse/Kommunikation
Du besitzt sehr gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
Du beherrschst das Krisenmanagement für deine Kund*innen und dein Team
Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Team-Lead von Mitarbeitenden und/oder Projektteams
Du hast Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund*innen, Beratung, Kreation und Geschäftsführung
Du hast eine kommunikative sowie proaktive Persönlichkeit 
Du präsentierst gerne deine Arbeit & legst in deinen Kommunikationsstil geballte Kompetenz
Du hast ein Gespür für Kund*innen, speziell im Bereich Beauty und Food
Du betreust Kund*innen national und auch gerne international

As Account Director (all genders), you will report directly to the divisional management, actively develop existing and new customers in your area and develop not only your account, but also yourself and your employees. With your passion for packaging or print media and your expertise in food, beverage, beauty and lifestyle brands, you have a good feel for the potential of creative ideas.

Your tasks

Act as the central point of contact between our clients and the team
Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated client base and take full responsibility for their needs
Lead, develop, and motivate your own team, consisting of senior and junior members
Manage quality and costs independently, and continuously review ongoing projects and work processes
Maintain a close and trusting relationship with your clients, offering insights and driving continuous improvement

Your Profile

You have at least 7 years of professional experience (e.g. in a print-focused agency or within a company's marketing department)
You have a solid understanding of traditional analog print processes/communication
You possess excellent project management skills
You are skilled in crisis management for both your clients and your team
You have experience as a team leader of employees and/or project teams
You have worked as an interface between clients, consulting, creative, and management teams
You have a communicative and proactive personality
You enjoy presenting your work and communicate with a confident style
You have a good sense of client needs, especially in the Beauty and Food sectors
You are comfortable managing both national and international clients
